I've been on an "urban fantasy" kick for some time now. I'm loving the Mercy Thompson and Kitty Norville series. I absolutely love Harry Dresden! I read mostly fantasy, sci-fi, with a little bit of romance thrown in there. I can get into literature at times. 

I work at a 24 hour Mental Health Crisis Intervention center. It can get intense, so reading really is a great escape from all the drama. I really like my job and will probably be here until I retire!

I have two wonderful cats who are more like dogs - they come running when I come home and want attention all the time. I wish I could have dogs too, but my landlord doesn't allow them, and my cats would be very unhappy kitties.

I'd love to be in contact w/ more people with similar reading interests - no one at work understands why I want to read about vampires and werewolves! Feel free to PM at any time.

Just a note: If anyone would like to add a book from my bookshelf when they request another book, I will send it for free, no credit required!! I need to get rid of some of these books!
